What we collect, in plain words
No accounts and no sale of data. Here is exactly what the site does with your visit.
Last updated October 22, 2026. This page describes what the site does today and will change when accounts or billing arrive.
The short version
- There are no accounts, payments or newsletters yet, so we do not know who you are.
- Nothing you type, such as a Sleeper username or a trade, is stored on our servers.
- We count visits and a few actions with Vercel's analytics (no cookies) and with Google Analytics (cookies, with your consent where the law requires it).
- We never sell your data. We do not show ads today; if we add them, this page changes first.
Visit statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are used and how fast they load. Each record can include the page address, the site you came from, your country and region, your device type, operating system and browser, and page-speed timings. Vercel says it identifies visitors with a hash made from the request, not a cookie, and discards the session after 24 hours; see Vercel's page on analytics privacy.
On My Team the address holds your Sleeper username and league id, so we remove everything after /my-team before any analytics record leaves your browser.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which tools are used, how often people come back and where they stop. It sets two cookies on your device, _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They hold a random number, not your name, so that we can tell a returning visit from a new one. Google's default is to keep these cookies for up to two years. We set Google Analytics to keep event-level data for 14 months, the longest it allows.
When it runs. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or we cannot tell where you are, Google Analytics does not load and sets nothing until you choose “Accept analytics”. Elsewhere it runs unless you turn it off. In both cases the “Analytics choices” link at the bottom of every page lets you change your mind at any time; turning it off stops further collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies we can reach. We treat the browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a decline.
What Google receives. The page path (never a query string, except campaign tags such as utm_source that say which link brought you), the page title, the site you came from, the small action labels listed below, and the technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address, browser and device. On My Team we never send the address, because it holds your Sleeper username and league id. Google processes this for us under its own terms; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising. We keep Google's advertising features off: no ad storage, no ad personalization and no Google Signals. If that changes, we will update this page and ask again where the law requires it before it takes effect.
Actions we count
We also count a handful of actions, in Vercel's analytics and in Google Analytics. Each carries only a small label, never a name or anything you typed:
- A league was loaded on My Team: the platform (Sleeper), the league format (1QB, Superflex, with or without TE premium) and the number of teams.
- A trade was checked: the format, a size such as “1v2”, and whether it was fair, slightly lopsided or lopsided.
- A shared trade link was opened: the format and a size such as “1v2”.
- A trade link was copied.
- A start/sit comparison was made: how many players (two to four).
- The league format was changed on rankings or the trade calculator: from, to and which page.
- Trade ideas were found on My Team: how many, in ranges (1–5, 6–20, 21 or more).
- A My Team tab was opened (team, lineup, waivers or trades), and a waiver wire view was shown with how many moves it had, in ranges (0, 1–2, 3 or more).
- The public waiver wire's “Personalize for my league” link was followed: from which view.
My Team and Sleeper
When you enter a Sleeper username, your browser asks Sleeper directly for your leagues, rosters and traded picks, using Sleeper's public API. Sleeper sees that request, including your IP address, under its own terms. Our server receives only a list of Sleeper player ids, to look up their values. It does not receive your username, league id or team names, and it does not store the list.
What stays on your device
The site saves a few things in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us, and you can clear them in your browser settings:
- your light or dark theme choice;
- the league format you last picked;
- your last Sleeper username, to save retyping it;
- your recent player searches;
- the players you left out of trade ideas, for each league;
- your analytics choice (accepted or declined).
The only cookies are the Google Analytics ones described above, and only under the rules described there. We set no advertising cookies.
Who else is involved
- Vercel hosts the site and runs its analytics, and handles ordinary request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages, under Vercel's own policies.
- Google runs Google Analytics, as described above, when you have accepted it or are somewhere it runs by default.
- Supabase holds our player values and projections. No visitor information is written to it.
- Sleeper, as described above, when you use My Team.
